In the rapidly advancing field of intelligent manufacturing, Huayou Cobalt has become a benchmark enterprise in new energy materials through continuous innovation and advanced manufacturing concepts. Recently, the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology, along with the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Industry and Information Technology Department, announced the list of advanced smart factories. Four subsidiaries of Huayou Cobalt were included in this list, fully showcasing the company’s leading position in the intelligent manufacturing domain of new energy materials.





The two smart factories in the Guangxi base have achieved notable success. The "High-Quality Energy Metal Extreme Manufacturing Smart Factory" of Guangxi Huayou New Materials Co., Ltd. and the "Battery Grade Lithium Salt Material Manufacturing Smart Factory" of Guangxi Huayou Lithium Co., Ltd. stood out thanks to cutting-edge technology and efficient production models. These factories focus on intelligence, introducing automated equipment, intelligent control systems, and big data analysis technologies to achieve full-process intelligent management from raw material procurement, production processing, to product testing. In the "High-Quality Energy Metal Extreme Manufacturing Smart Factory," high-precision automation equipment precisely completes complex processes, ensuring the high quality of energy metal products. Meanwhile, the "Battery Grade Lithium Salt Material Manufacturing Smart Factory" uses intelligent systems to monitor and optimize production parameters in real-time, significantly improving the efficiency and quality stability of lithium salt material production, providing reliable material support for downstream industries such as new energy vehicles.

The Quzhou base has also made remarkable achievements in intelligent manufacturing. In recent years, the Quzhou base has continuously strengthened its digitalization and networking capabilities, systematically deploying intelligent manufacturing equipment, industrial software, and systems to achieve comprehensive integration of design, production, and business operation data. By optimizing the entire lifecycle of products and various links in the supply chain, it promotes systematic intelligent applications across multiple scenarios. Integrating systems like SAP, MES, LIMS, EAM, WMS, among others, the base has built an intelligent manufacturing management platform capable of real-time analysis, scientific decision-making, and precise execution. Multiple intelligent applications, including digital energy management, intelligent warehousing, and digital equipment management, have been successfully implemented, creating smart factories equipped with capabilities for real-time analysis, scientific decision-making, and precise execution. As a result, the "Huayou New Energy High-Performance Lithium Battery Material Extreme Manufacturing Smart Factory" of Huayou New Energy Technology (Quzhou) Co., Ltd. and the "Quzhou Huayou High-End Lithium Battery Material Smart Factory" of Quzhou Huayou Cobalt New Materials Co., Ltd. were selected as part of the first batch of advanced-level smart factories in Zhejiang Province in 2025.
Looking ahead, Huayou Cobalt will leverage its dual bases in Guangxi and Quzhou as engines to accelerate the promotion of the "Huayou Intelligent Manufacturing Model", providing more efficient, low-carbon, and reliable intelligent manufacturing solutions for the global new energy industry, driving the sector towards higher levels of development.
